What is a lamp that I should be ….
An illumination for all to see,
The good in me has been drawn out
To face the darkness that lies about
Murky, Unsettling, Undefined
And seeks to have me body and mind
I yet hold fast to my front and
Secure my back, that if either should fall
I shall take slack
To the very end protect my brother
Secure the link we’ve drawn together
For when we united propel our light
Omega does cut through the night
Withstand the pain
Walk or Crawl
God is with me
How can I fall?
A lamp’s only dream is to reveal the unseen
That mere men be enlightened
And transform their dreams into concrete things
That build new hope and promise
Negativity abolish
With integrity polish perception
And lead the ignorant in the right direction.
What is a lamp that I should be the best kept secret in society?
