Brothers of Gamma Epsilon, Omega, Hamptonians and Friends,

I bring you Greetings in the name of the Supreme Basileus of the universe and as President of the Gamma Epsilon Alumni Association. As a part of our growing electronic footprint, and with ever-changing technological advancements, I am proud to welcome you our new Website. This site will be your one-stop-shop for all things GEAA, and I encourage you to visit us often. Please note that you may also find links to our various social media platforms throughout the website, as we continually look for ways to keep you informed.

The GEAA established on November 16th, 2019 was the first Greek letter organization recognized by Hampton University as an Affinity Group. The mission of the GEAA is to work cooperatively with Hampton University Officials to support the financial, cultural, and social aspects of college life while also serving as bridge builders and mentors dedicated to positive relationships supporting the Hampton University community as a whole.

Since its inception, GEAA has established and supported over a dozen enduring initiatives to support our mission including community service (Run with GE), community investments in cooperation with the Bridge Builder Investment Club (BBIC), mental health with featured speaker Brother Past Grand Basileus David Marion, the Greek Atrium, mentorship (shaping young minds), bereavement counseling, bimonthly prayer line, history, reclamation, shield committee, weekly virtual fellowship calls, the GE App and growing the GE Endowed Scholarship fund. The Endowed Scholarship fund provides perpetual support to current Gamma Epsilon undergraduate Hampton University students and has a current market value near $300,000. Brothers, alumni and friends are encouraged to donate annually to the University using the GEAA code GE75A.

Special thanks to our past administration for all the work done to this point and the enduring and historical celebration of our 75th chapter anniversary.  As the new admiration we intend to continue to build upon our successes, improving our overall communication, fellowship, mentorship, fundraising, and retention.

I would like to dedicate my term as president to our chapter founder the Honorable Dr. L. Julian Haywood and his family, The Honorable Brother Dallas Thompson Sr. and his family, The Honorable Brother Paul F. Barone and his family and all of our brothers whose shoulders we stand on that built the bridge to bring us to where we are now.
